This was to be an uber-chic mega-estate on the exclusive Mapleton Drive of Holmby Hills. We were able to turn the home in to face the large gardens and disengage from the noisy street which was impacting the tranquility of the site. See More

Each project is unique and each client’s needs are as well. We can provide four levels of service to our clients to suit their project.
We can consult on completed plans for proposed projects, give a second design opinion, seize on uncaptured potential or gain improved curbside appeal. We can give an opinion on the best course of action for developing a property or strategic approach for up-dating/adding to existing homes.
We can provide a cost-effective base design set of plans leaving decision-making of details, styling, and interiors to the client and or other consultants.
Fully developed plans for all aspects of the project including detailing, styling and interior design to assure that the full integrity of the design is realized.
Working hand in hand with the client from the initial concept through the entire construction process to aid, discuss and assist on all decisions during the construction of the home. This is the way to be assured that every element of the design is completed in the most aesthetically correct way and that the finished product stands as a work of art of 100% integrity.

Communicating a design on the job site can sell the concept, unlike any other format. Quickly giving the design team the feel of where the aesthetic can be taken or if a deviation is required to satisfy the client. Communication is key.
